You may wish to include insurance so that you have coverage in the event that the shipment does not reach us.

For an Exchange: Check with us first via email that the item you require in exchange is in stock (orders@hcgems.com) & also include a copy of the email in with your return.

For a Refund: We will credit the purchase price of the item (s&h is not refundable) once the return has been received.

For Defective Items: Please email us (orders@hcgems.com) to let us know you a returning a defective item.  Once the item is received, we will reimburse you for the return First Class mail shipping charges - and mail out a replacement.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Heritage Collectibles product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Heritage Collectibles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Heritage Collectibles reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Heritage Collectibles shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Heritage Collectibles without notice at any time, for any reason.
